| What inspired you to start your business? |
| Better Together Foods was founded on a quinoa popcorn product I developed for my undergraduate capstone project while studying Food Science in 2017. The original product, Maple Pop!, was a healthy sweet snack made with organic sugar, popcorn, and popped quinoa. Since graduating, it has been my dream to bring this healthy snack to life—especially given the lack of sweet snacks made with natural sugar. Most sweet snacks on the market contain refined sugar with no health benefits. After two years of research and development, we officially launched Maple Pop! Organic Maple Popcorn and QuinoWow! Organic Quinoa Popcorn in November of last year. |
| What are your proudest achievements so far? |
| After two years of product development, our popcorns officially hit the market November last year. We received instant praises on the quality and taste of our product. We started with 60 regional stores in SoCal, and now we just launched in all Sprouts Farmers Market locations nationwide! |
