Tell us about your company:
Quincy offers the ideal ratio of olives to premium, from-the-barrel brine, makes the perfect dirty martini for every occasion. With zero waste.
What inspired you to start your business?
As martini enthusiasts, my Co-Founder Halli Sigel and I noticed the lack of an easy, sustainable option for making premium-quality dirty martinis at home or at restaurants/bars. With Quincy’s 2-for-1 product, one jar makes approximately 14 dirty martinis. Zero waste.
What are your proudest achievements so far?
Recognized and martini-approved by Robert Simonson, NY Times Cocktail & Drinks Writer. Established partnerships with like-minded brands such as Big Night and Resident, among others. In just 8 months, expanded to 14 states and 68 retail stores—and growing!
What advice do you have for aspiring entrepreneurs:
Be intentional and thoughtful about your product-market fit by conducting thorough market research. Once validated, don’t hesitate to take action!
Please share a memory or thought about your alma mater:
I minored in entrepreneurship at USC, where I was inspired by entrepreneurs sharing their business journeys. Their talks taught me that believing in yourself and validating your product-market fit are key—acting on those ideas is the biggest challenge.
