| What inspired you to start your business? |
| Green Generation was inspired by the idea of leading consumers into healthier choices, not just for the planet, but for their bodies, as well. Most products on the market today have a negative impact on health and the environment and unfortunately, cleaner and healthier products lack the attention they deserve. Green Generation is motivated in changing just that and aims to lead consumers to healthier, sustainable alternatives across the board. |
| What are your proudest achievements so far? |
| Green Generation has successfully developed a large DT2 customer base via e-commerce channels and has recently broke into the retail world, with its Sustainable Bamboo Toilet Paper and Facial Tissues landing on shelves nationwide! |
| What advice do you have for aspiring entrepreneurs: |
| Persistence and consistency are key. For every 1,000 “NO’s” there is 1 “YES!” that makes all the difference. Faith, coupled with desire and a well thought-out plan to execute those desires, is all that you need to keep going. |
| Please share a memory or thought about your alma mater: |
| I attended a wonderful class hosted by Professor Belasco, in which I was able to meet some of the world’s finest entrepreneurs and creators, which inspired to keep my journey with Green Generation alive. Adam Cheyer, founder of Siri, Inc, told our class to “do as much as you can while you can” and from then on, I haven’t looked back and have always aimed to take on as much as possible. |
